Flexibility doesn’t come from forcing, it comes from allowing.
We focus on developing your ability to relax into stretches and to distinguish between healthy discomfort and harmful pain.
By releasing tension in tight muscles and supporting weaker ones, your body can find its natural balance and move as it’s meant to.
3. Strengthen
New range of motion is only valuable if your body can use it.
We train the muscles that support your joints so that your flexibility is strong, stable, and functional, not only for the class, but for everyday life.
